This highly popular holistic treatment takes you to another level of calmness and well being. Hot stones are placed on each chakra on the body, gentle massaging of the volcanic stones heal and embrace the body. A favourite at Celeste, other massages won't be the same again.

HOLISTIC BODY MASSAGE

A harmonising body massage incorporating pressure points and deep tissue massage techniques. Soothes and calms the mind, body and spirit, reducing muscular tension, rejuvenates and restores the client's own positive energy.

REFLEXOLOGY

This holistic balancing treatment begins with a relaxing foot spa with essential oils. This intensive treatment can be beneficial with stress, PMT and gynaecological problems. As well as being extremely relaxing and destressing, this ancient Chinese blend of foot massage is stimulating and detoxing. An indepth health questionnaire will be completed with your spa therapist. Not advisable if you are going out - a quiet night is recommended after your treatment.

HOPI EAR CANDLES

Hopi Ear Candles are an ancient, mild and natural therapy and have been used by the Native American Indian for many years. The Hopi candle is a hollow tube of cotton flax, impregnated with healing extracts of honey and herb oils. The treatment is very gentle and relaxing and can help with the treatment of sinusitis, rhinitis, earwax, earache and irritation of the ears including tinnitus. it can also be used to help headaches and migraines
