TIME KEEPING

Celeste understand that all of our customers have busy lives. If you're running late please let us know. Unfortunately if you arrive very late we will be unable to offer you your appointment as we canÕt keep clients waiting.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note: We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. A 50% charge will be taken to confirm your appointment. If less han 24 hours is given the full amount will be taken. For our Spa days and gift vouchers we require 7 days cancellation. A credit or debit card deposit is needed to hold your reservation. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow a stress free book-in, especially a spa day where a little chill out time is required before commencing the treatments.

We can tailor make any course of your required treatments and give you 1 free!

All courses are valid for 12 months.

STUDENT DISCOUNT - Available Monday - Friday (not Saturday)

All students are given 10% discount on all treatments. Upon booking a treatment you must specify that you havea snap fax or student discount prior to booking. Student discount is not available on Spa Packages, Gift Vouchers, Crystal Clear, FUTUR-TEC, Ellipse or CACI and Parties.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers can be tailor made for any amount from £20.00. They make the ideal gift and are valid for 6 months.

LOYALTY CARDS

Our Loyalty Scheme runs very successfully in the salon. Ask for your own card.
